My Farm Fresh Box Terms & Conditions
1) Produce Origin
We aim to source as much British produce as possible from all around the country but your box will inevitably include some foreign produce (ie. bananas, oranges, avocados etc). By default, we do not supply certified organic produce though we can supply organic produce if you send us an email with your request. Our priority is to source as much local and regional produce as possible. If you choose to receive organic produce, food miles will be increased quite heavily and some products will be sourced from aboard.
2) Membership to My Farm Fresh Box
After your free sample box is delivered, you will automatically be placed on our BRONZE membership package at £5/month. To see our different membership packages, please visit the relevant page on the website within your account management portal. You may want to upgrade to our SILVER or GOLD membership package if you wish to benefit from our enhanced membership features.
The membership fee is billed separately from your fruit and veg box and is payable on the 1st of each month following your first delivery. This is non refundable should you wish to cancel your account throughout the course of the month once this payment has been taken.
We are a 'members only' service, providing bespoke "made fresh to order" fruit and vegetable boxes. The membership fee simply allows us to "exist" and bring our service to your doorstep. We are not a supermarket or large corporation but rather a small local business and as such our home delivery service as well as our regular UK growers depend highly on this contribution which goes towards our operational costs. This in turn safeguards our ability to supply you with an abundance of regional produce (when available) all year round and straight to your door.
After receiving your trial box, your next chosen box will be left on your doorstep or other pre-arranged location, on the same day every week. A box will be delivered each week unless you log into your My Farm Fresh Box online account to manage your delivery dates. Boxes are usually delivered overnight between the hours of 11:30pm and 5am. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, orders may be delivered a little later during the day. You agree to bring your box inside first thing in the morning and to store all produce as you would to keep it fresh, BEFORE setting off for work or school etc and ideally before sunrise. In the event that we need to change your delivery day, you will be notified in writing. For trial customers, you will receive an email notification the day before your first box is due, to advise you of your regular delivery morning. Please allow ten days for us to confirm your delivery day, especially during busy periods.
If you live in a flat, your delivery will be left outside your front door. If we cannot gain access to your front door, your delivery will be left outside the communal entrance of your block, most likely in a public space, at your own responsibility. Should your order go missing, no refund will be offered as you understand the risk of ordering goods due for overnight doorstep delivery.
Our delivery fee is currently set at £3.50. For all orders totalling £20 or more, delivery is free. We are also offering free delivery to customers paying by Direct Debit rather than Debit Card, regardless of total spend.
If you have not received a scheduled order on a set day, please inform us within 48hrs so we can investigate and refund you if we have concluded that the driver was at fault. We can't refund orders that have been stolen from your doorstep.
4) Bank Holidays
For weeks commencing with a Bank Holiday Monday, please note that your box will arrive one day later, ie. if your usual delivery morning is Friday, please do not expect your box before Saturday morning, etc.
During the trial, any additional deli items, eggs and potato bags selected must be paid for using the card registered at the time.
Returning customers who have in the past already received a free trial box, will be charged £5 per additional trial box.
To close your account, log in and click on the top tab "My Account" then scroll to the bottom of that page to use the cancellation tool. You are unable to close your account if you have an order pending delivery within the next 48hrs or if you are in arrears. Please email us if you require further clarification.
7) Replacement Produce
Should you have any concerns about the quality or freshness of any item in your box, please inform us as soon as possible and we will be happy to replace this item at the time of your next delivery or earlier if possible.
If an item ordered happens to be unavailable, we will automatically try to find a suitable replacement so as to match your current spend.
8) Skipping/Cancelling one or more deliveries
We understand that sometimes you will be away from home, don't need a box for any reason or can't accept a delivery. Please log into your online account and click on the “Delivery Dates” tab in order to manage when you need to skip deliveries. You can skip upto four delivery dates at any one time. A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to remove a delivery from your schedule. We may accept less notice only in the event that your order hasn't yet been packed. Please email us if you require further assistance.

Chilled items are subject to a chilled packaging fee of £2.50. Should you return this packaging undamaged at the time of your next delivery, you will receive a £1.50 credit off your next bill.
For every fruit and vegetable box purchased through the website, 10 pence will be donated to our charity "Hungry Tummies", a local charitable service that provides fresh food to homeless people and people in need within the Windsor & Maidenhead borough.
10) Vouchers/Spending Credit
From time to time we may offer vouchers (spending credit) as part of a running promotion. These cannot be exchanged for cash or be transferred to another account holder. To prevent any misuse of our offers and dispel non-genuine orders, customers must pay back the value of any voucher / free credit used, if they choose to close their account but haven't had a minimum of 50 orders once the voucher credit has been spent. Some vouchers may be redeemed after your second paid order.
11) Service Closure
My Farm Fresh Box will temporarily close for two weeks in the summer and two weeks at Christmas. Exact dates will be confirmed in writing every year and nearer the time.
